Unsatisfactory resolution from Net Applications Corp.

On April 7, 1983, I signed up for Net Applications Corp.'s troubleshooting service at their South Keiraport, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $738.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Geovany Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
