I am writing regarding order #ORD-7799-GRB-2595 placed with Intellect University of Leadership on June 24, 1994. I paid $438.83 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Deondre H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
