Community International Ras Al Khaimah provided defective product

I want to report a serious concern with Community International Ras Al Khaimah's system that I purchased on August 15, 2004 from your East Josue, Montana store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Darrion T., but my issue remains unresolved.
