Billing dispute with The Hearty Meals

On August 2, 2017, I signed up for The Hearty Meals's technical assistance at their New Duaneshire, Texas location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $708.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jenifer J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
