Misleading advertising by United Engineering Partners

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8017-DAJ-8374 placed with United Engineering Partners on June 17, 2009. I paid $708.71 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Oral M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
