Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of DigitalLink for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-2809-VLQ-3833) on October 21, 1990, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
