I have been a loyal customer of StudySchool for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9312-RJZ-1837) on September 28, 2006, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
