I have been a loyal customer of Cloud-Lab for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-4959-SJW-2594) on September 13, 1981, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
