I want to report a serious concern with The Global Outlet's software that I purchased on February 18, 1986 from your Weissnatside, Iowa store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Brandt J., but my issue remains unresolved.
