I am writing regarding order #ORD-9642-XWJ-8361 placed with The Gourmet Gastro Kazan on August 8, 2013. I paid $398.89 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Winona X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
