Delayed delivery from Select Eats Catering

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2922-TMT-8804 placed with Select Eats Catering on October 12, 1992. I paid $256.87 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eldred U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
