False promises made by Select Eats Catering representative

I want to report a serious concern with Select Eats Catering's package that I purchased on October 26, 1997 from your Candiceland, District of Columbia store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Romaine G., but my issue remains unresolved.
