Representation Advocates Bedok failed to honor their commitment

On October 24, 2013, I signed up for Representation Advocates Bedok's customer support at their Janaeberg, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $218.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lisandro N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
