Security vulnerability in Micro Dev Ltd. product

On October 14, 2017, I signed up for Micro Dev Ltd.'s premium plan at their New Reggie, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $985.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lorenz E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
