Data loss incident with Micro Dev Ltd. service

On March 10, 2005, I signed up for Micro Dev Ltd.'s exchange program at their Uptontown, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $338.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Wilford K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
