I have been a loyal customer of MedCare for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-1292-KUP-7923) on January 7, 1993, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
