I want to report a serious concern with The Value Finds's equipment that I purchased on May 4, 2019 from your New Nakiahaven, Kentucky store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Janick W., but my issue remains unresolved.
