Quality issues with The Global Goods product

On January 25, 1996, I signed up for The Global Goods's delivery service at their Ryanport, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $554.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Helmer I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
