Quality Meals Treats provided defective product

On October 18, 2015, I signed up for Quality Meals Treats's repair service at their West Vida, Florida location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $494.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jeramy Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
