Warranty claim denied by Net-Soft

On August 17, 1997, I signed up for Net-Soft's exchange program at their East Marty, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $909.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gilda Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
