I purchased a membership from Balance Medical Group on May 7, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Madaline D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
