Hidden fees discovered from Advance Campus

On October 13, 1976, I signed up for Advance Campus's premium plan at their Americaberg, California location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $65.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Curtis A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
