Unresolved issue with Advance Campus product

On October 17, 1997, I signed up for Advance Campus's delivery service at their Powlowskiview, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $290.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amiya V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
