I want to report a serious concern with Cloud-Tech's software that I purchased on May 15, 1976 from your South Jody, South Carolina store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jacinthe S., but my issue remains unresolved.
