Defense & Chambers refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4826-JTR-6709 placed with Defense & Chambers on May 19, 2007. I paid $821.72 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Monica J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
