On August 26, 2022, I signed up for Net Logic's setup assistance at their North Alva, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $232.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Fatima M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
