Quality issues with Net Logic product

I purchased a package from Net Logic on March 22, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cortney U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
