I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Health Partners for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2194-AHX-5254) on October 5, 2002, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
