I am writing regarding order #ORD-3663-CCQ-6465 placed with Best Emporium on September 5, 2004. I paid $455.67 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vella X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
