I am writing regarding order #ORD-4860-GMJ-2947 placed with Representation Associates Ltd. on September 3, 1986. I paid $426.91 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Priscilla X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
