I am writing regarding order #ORD-9174-QKR-3094 placed with Smart-Ware Enterprises on March 28, 2011. I paid $669.21 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Camden U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
