On November 15, 1982, I signed up for VirtualNode's support package at their Maggioton, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $311.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mark S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
