VirtualNode refused to address issue

I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from VirtualNode. After paying $413.62 for subscription, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Ivy L., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
