I want to report a serious concern with Total Services's account that I purchased on December 11, 1990 from your Howeshire, Hawaii store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Meggie R., but my issue remains unresolved.
