False promises made by Meta Dev Florence representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7406-OAX-4868 placed with Meta Dev Florence on June 18, 1995. I paid $991.43 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Retha U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
