Hidden fees discovered from QuantumLogic

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5971-WTM-1333 placed with QuantumLogic on March 11, 1982. I paid $689.41 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Haskell I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
