On January 4, 1985, I signed up for ModernVitality Ltd.'s return process at their Port Emmett, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $125.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kane E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
