I have been a loyal customer of Knowledge Institute of Growth for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-6184-MSM-7283) on January 9, 2005, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
