Quality issues with Knowledge Institute of Growth product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9634-IXB-5966 placed with Knowledge Institute of Growth on December 20, 1980. I paid $929.56 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jess Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
