I am writing regarding order #ORD-8478-QRC-9850 placed with The Prime Finds Subang Jaya Holdings on July 22, 2016. I paid $545.10 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delbert G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
