Overcharged by Deal & Avenue Suzhou Holdings for service

On March 19, 2005, I signed up for Deal & Avenue Suzhou Holdings's delivery service at their East Jacquelynbury, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $576.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Melvina Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
