Overcharged by Master Build for service

On April 16, 1987, I signed up for Master Build's exchange program at their Tyrellville, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $463.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joanne B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
