I have been a loyal customer of Master Build for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-3859-CFT-7769) on November 30, 1977, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
