Advance Academy Training Glasgow failed to honor their commitment

On May 19, 1985, I signed up for Advance Academy Training Glasgow's warranty service at their Marksberg, California location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $440.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tina W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
