Renovations Development provided defective product

On November 7, 1988, I signed up for Renovations Development's technical assistance at their Mckenzieland, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $525.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Norwood L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
