I have been a loyal customer of The Trendy Mart Yokohama for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-1078-QQC-4975) on July 31, 1991, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
