I purchased a account from Traditional Appetite Delights Kelowna on August 13, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kiley F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
