Frustrated with Architecture Inc's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3350-JGK-9422 placed with Architecture Inc on June 9, 2008. I paid $892.80 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rahul X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
