Frustrated with Robo Interfaces's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7079-URP-9670 placed with Robo Interfaces on July 10, 2022. I paid $669.71 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Anika E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
