Refund refused by Counsel Services of Advocate Inc.

On June 16, 2006, I signed up for Counsel Services of Advocate Inc.'s installation service at their East Keanumouth, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $393.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alayna W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
